Returns and Shipping
Returns
You may return an item only for store credit or exchange. We do not give money-back refunds.
We will exchange the item IF it has not been worn and the tags remain on and the garment is in new, unused shape. (How would you feel if you knew you have bought a worn item?) You will need an authorization number before shipping the product back to us, and return shipping cost is not refundable nor reimbursable. If you received free shipping with your initial order you will need to pay for shipping to return the bra and then we will charge you shipping to receive your replacement item.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a bra or other item it's a super simple process!
- Leave the tags on when you try on the item. If you notice it doesn't fit, take the item off right away and give us a call (1-877-459-5656) or email so we can figure out the right size for you.
- Once we chat about the right size if we need to order the new size in, we will, otherwise we'll pull your size in-stock aside for you.
- Pop the item for exchange into the mail using our address and ship back to us (you pay for the shipping).
- When we receive your item, we'll send the new size out and we'll pay for the shipping to send it to you! If you received free shipping with your initial order you will need to pay for shipping to return the bra and then we will charge you shipping to receive your replacement item.
* Please note underwear and bottoms are not available for return or exchange due to the health act. We cannot return or refund any underwear or swim bottom.
Refunds
We will only refund a product if we have not met our promise to you. (ie: we were not able to get the product you specified and we advertised.)

- FREE for pick-up in the retail stores in St. Albert
- Flat-rate shipping fee through Canada Post or UPS based on your location -- you choose at the checkout.
- Currently $19 for Western provinces, $29 for Eastern provinces and $29 for Northern provinces and territories.
- Shipping to US is flat rate of $28.
- Call or email for quote for other countries outside North America.
- Shipping takes 2 to 3 weeks on average. If we have the item in stock in our St. Albert store the shipping time will be sooner than 2-3 weeks.
- Free shipping over $250
Packaging
Your package will arrive in a discreet package with Midnight Magic Lingerie on the corner as the return address. If you need the name to remain private please let us know in your order notes or email us.
