You may return an item only for store credit or exchange. We do not give money-back refunds.
We will exchange the item IF it has not been worn and the tags remain on and the garment is in new, unused shape. (How would you feel if you knew you have bought a worn item?) You will need an authorization number before shipping the product back to us, and return shipping cost is not refundable nor reimbursable.
If you need to exchange a bra or other item it's a super simple process!
* Please note underwear and bottoms are not available for return or exchange due to the health act. We cannot return or refund any underwear or swim bottom.
We will only refund a product if we have not met our promise to you. (ie: we were not able to get the product you specified and we advertised.)
