FAQ

  • What are your shipping and return policies?

  • Please see our shipping and return information here.

  • When will I receive my order?

  • If we do not have a product in stock in our (brick and mortar) store, we will need to order it for you from our suppliers. We place these orders weekly, on average, with orders being placed at the beginning of the week. From when the order is placed it usually takes about 2 weeks to receive an order and then we'll ship it to you. From the date that you place the order on our online website, it should arrive in 3-6 weeks. If we do have your size in stock, we will ship within 1-2 days of your order being placed and shipping times are based on Canada Post's average postal times.

  • Why should I get fitted for a bra?
  •

Most women don't know their own size and have been wearing the wrong size for years. Using European bras and our sizing methods, we can find a very accurate size for you. Many women feel like this had completely changed their lives! If you're a local customer, come in today for a free fitting. If you out of town, give us a call at 1-877-459-5656 and we can help you find the right size.

  • What makes these bras so special?

  • Most of our bras are European designed and are much higher quality than boxed-bras from discount, chain or department stores. Many aspects of the bras, like fabric, underwire and construction and fit, are superior to many other bras on the market. We also carry a huge variety of stock (we're still working to get all of it on the website!) compared to other stores.

Additionally we carry a very large selection of bras for the larger sizes, with cup sizes up to M and band sizes up to 56" as well as super supportive sports bras for the larger cup sizes.

  • How often should I wash my bra and with what method?

  • We recommend bras be hand-washed only and never put in the dryer. Lay flat to dry. If you do need to machine wash, place the items in a fine mesh garment bag and wash on delicate cycle. Again never dry. We always recommend using special lingerie washing powders and liquids that are formulate especially for these types of fabric. We recommend washing bras every 2 wears (keep a good amount in your drawers so you can rotate through them) because of the skin oils that tend to break down fabrics over time.

  • Where are you located?

  • We're located in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada at 228-10 McKenney Ave, at the corner of St. Albert Trail and McKenney Avenue, across from St. Albert Centre.
