Orders and Returns


We do not give money-back refunds. You may return an item only for store credit or exchange.

We will exchange the item IF it has not been worn and the tags remain on and the garment is in new unused shape.  (How would you feel if you knew you have bought a worn item?) You will need an authorization number before shipping the product back to us, and return shipping cost is not refundable nor reimbursable.


If you need to exchange a bra or other item it's a super simple process!  

  1. Leave the tags on when you try on the item.  If you notice it doesn't fit, take the item off right away and give us a call or email so we can figure out the right size for you.
  2. Once we chat about the right size if we need to order the new size in, we will, otherwise we'll pull your size in-stock aside for you.
  3. Pop the item for exchange into the mail using our address and return number and ship back to us (you pay for the shipping).
  4. When we receive your item, we'll send the new size out and we'll pay for the shipping to send it to you!

* Please note underwear and bottoms are not available for return or exchange due to the health act. We cannot return or refund any underwear or swim bottom.


We will only refund a product if we have not met our promise to you. (ie: we were not able to get the product you specified and we advertised.)
